Just tests that we can bootstrap eideticker and get a list of tests. Pretty
minimal stuff, but will hopefully catch simple breakage before it bites
me or someone else.

Although we don't currently use mozrunner in eideticker, through some
convoluted chain of dependencies it's required by marionette. To keep things
consistent, use our copy, rather than a random copy downloaded by marionette.
