Add slug as id on section and href in heading anchor
...
The anchor does not really provide much value at this point. I have only
added it to make it similar to how the richtext heading anchors work.
But, instead of setting the id on the anchor I am setting it on the
section. This makes sure the whole section is visible when linked to it
and that the image is not cut off based on the arbitrary offset in the
`fragment-id` class.

Add image wrappe with background and aspect ratio
...
The wrapper ensure that the correct space for the image is already
reserved. This avoids a layout shift when the image is rendering.
To signify the location of the image, a gray background is used on the
wrapper.

This was causing issue befor on pages that don't have the heading box,
because the body would be overlapping with the hero.

This is also not using a real background image but an `img` tag. This
is, so in the next step, I can covert this to a `picture` with multiple
