Danny Coates	1bc3b198bb	feat(dev): added yarn relock plugin ... The relock plugin regenerates the `yarn.lock` without doing a full install. This is mainly for the github bot to automatically update dependabot PRs with commits to update the `yarn.lock`.	2020-09-02 13:26:42 -07:00
