Bug 1120128 - Update nsGFXInfo uuid nsIGfxInfo. r=mattwoodrow a=ryanvm,bustage

We changed the idl file, so we need up update the uuid so the
build system picks up the changes. './mach update-uuids nsIGfxInfo'
