Bug 1526213 - Enable WebRenderTextureHostWrapper for canvas r=nical
By using WebRenderTextureHostWrapper for canvas, we could avoid triggering frame build on WebRender backend if WebRenderTextureHostWrapper is only change. Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D19896 --HG-- extra : moz-landing-system : lando
