Bug 1382257 - Correct returning value of PaintBorderWithStyleBorder. r=mstange

We overwrites DrawResult returning from
nsCSSBorderImageRenderer::CreateBorderImageRenderer by the returning value of
DrawBorderImage, which is not right.
