Bug 1197877: Remove |CONVERT| macro from Bluetooth, r=btian

The macro |CONVERT| implements a workaround for GCC compilers
before version 4.7. All targets of B2G have been lifted to GCC
4.8, so |CONVERT| is not required any longer.
