Desc: Bug 1107696 - Fix not-in-range problem in Wifi panel, r=crh0716

Right now we can decide whether we should show not-in-range wordings for
not in hidden_network and wifi_list. And also, in hidden_network panel,
we can show some useful information on connected AP now.
