Bug 1675375 Part 3: Stub in polygon clipping in WebRender. r=gw
This defines a PolygonKey and includes it in ClipItemKind::ImageMask. The actual process of clipping is just a stub. Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D105548
