Bug 1556854 - Enable ESLint for dom/media/test/ - Enable automatically fixable rules. r=jya.

This enables the following rules:

    - dot-notation
    - mozilla/no-useless-parameters
    - no-else-return
    - no-useless-return
    - object-shorthand
