Some of the backed-out changes affected a lot of files, and it's making
it slower to step backwards through ignore/annotate history.
The revisions were identified by logging all revisions referencing
"1696251", filtering by those that did backouts, then adding the backout
revisions (plus the revisions they back out) to the ignore files.

Unfortunately these patches were backed out after landing in central and re-landing, so there are multiple commits with the same content here. Add all of them to hopefully make the log a little more comprehensible.

It was generated by mixing every commit with "ignore-this-changeset" and
everything listed in .hg-annotate-ignore-revs, in topologic order.
The format was changed to:

The comment line corresponds to entries in .hg-annotate-ignore-revs (or
what they would look like for commits with "ignore-this-changeset").

Cinnabar https://github.com/mozilla/gecko was not updated since June 5 at the time of landing, and therefore the changesets associated to the Prettier formatting don't exist yet on that repo. Only the changesets in gecko-dev are added in this patch.
