Develop the expander binding to look like a collapsable group box with a description field.

Eventually we'll inherit this class from mozilla/toolkit once the firebird version moves from mozilla/browser
to mozilla/toolkit.

scott%scott-macgregor.org 6fc516071c Rework pref panels to make them look better given the new look of prefs under the new toolkit. 
In particular, get rid of the notifications panel, move it under General.
Refactor the labels panel and return receipts under a unified 'Advanced' panel.

As a short term hack, expose the proxy connection prefs in the privacy panel until I can make room for it in
another panel.

scott%scott-macgregor.org 0347d1fe00 Convert thunderbird to use mozilla/toolkit (i.e. the toolkit used by Firebird). 
This temporarily breaks Thunderbird until I land the matching mozilla/toolkit changes. Sorry about that.

scott%scott-macgregor.org 9108f89feb fork contentAreaClick.js for now so we can prevent open link in tab code from executing in thunderbird 
(i.e. middle clicking on links were causing thunderbird to try to load navigator.xul because of this JS)

scott%scott-macgregor.org c57ef3ac52 Shave 350K off of the compressed size of thunderbird by unzipping all of the JARs in a temporary chrome directory. 
Then we repackage the JARs according to thunderbird specific manifests, leaving behind chrome, localization files and
content files we don't want (such as browser skin elements).

and putting them in mail.jar and cute.jar

toolkit, messenger, communicator --> mail.jar
classic.jar --> cute.jar
