ftang a47c2b579d Fix crashing bug # Approved by jar. This bug currently tag as 4.5 bug but since it is 
a crashing bug, jar approve to check it in. We didn't change the bug Target FIX version
to 5.0 SF1 in because Nova also need to track it.
