bryner%brianryner.com d9626f6746 Add support for using gcc's visibility pragma to treat all function and method declarations as "hidden" unless declared otherwise. Create wrappers for system headers that cause them to be treated as default-visibility declarations. These particular changes set the NS_EXPORT declarations as needed by
the linker.

cyeh%netscape.com 65038e9551 Removing static makefiles as a part of the transition to Autoconf. I have taken great 
care to only remove makefiles affailiated with building nglayout. I have also verified that
the build at this point in time succesfully builds with autoconf.

If you must recover one of these makefiles, you can use the static tag STATIC_MAKEFILES.
