By getting the right screen size we can shrink the popup menus which overflows
the screen size under Wayland. The ScreenManager does not help us, because we
can't get absolute window position, but we can use gdk_display_get_monitor_at_window
and gdk_monitor_get_workarea to get the correct screen rectangle.

utilities are in `IMEStateManager`, so I would like to move it to widget
by using `mozilla/ToString.h`.

This patch introduces a new module in widget that implements a simple API to
retrieve system information about a process and its threads.
This function is wrapped into ChromeUtils.RequestProcInfo to return information
about processes started by Firefox.
The use case for this API is to monitor Firefox resources usage in projects
like the battery usage done by the data science team.

nsIClipboardDragDropHooks and nsIClipboardDragDropHookList allow XUL apps
to customize drag and drop operation and paste operation. However, this
feature was used only by ChatZilla and it doesn't work on Gecko anymore.
So, we can get rid of them from our tree.

This adds support for download progress reporting via the XApp
method currently used in the Cinnamon desktop, by establishing a new
X11 window property to be supported/read by the window manager.
See https://github.com/linuxmint/xapps/blob/master/libxapp/xapp-gtk-window.c,
as well as https://github.com/linuxmint/muffin/commit/39045da0ea06f
for more details.
The property-setting code lives in nsWindow - it's a small and stable
enough chunk that it made more sense to do this than actually depend on
another external library. As nsWindow is already using x11 calls, this
seemed the safest place for it, without affecting the build.
The TaskbarProgress instance is initialized via the DownloadsTaskbar
js module, and is handed a pointer to the current main window to call
SetProgress on. Most of the javascript side of this is in line with
how the other platforms are handled.
Without a supporting window manager/desktop environment (currently just
Cinnamon/Muffin 3.6,) the simplest way to observe working behavior is
by calling 'xprop -spy' on the browser window being testing and watching
for updates during a download.

In order to move print native dialog code to windows widget, this patch will
create skeleton of PrintDialogService to windows widget.
Toolkit code(i.e. nsIPrintingPrompotService) will call this PrintDialogService.
Note that this PrintingDialogService suppose running on main process, so we
should call this interface from main process(i.e. nsPrintingPromptService, not
nsPrintingProxy).

To make the HeadlessCompositorWidget work under Windows as well as Linux, I had
to change the way that I hooked it into the existing CompositorWidget system.
Under GTK, the CompositorWidgetInitData and CompositorWidgetDelegate types
provided the information needed by the headless compositor widget already (the
widget client size). On Windows, however, the definitions of these types
differ, and the client size information is simply retrieved from the platform
APIs when needed.
After this patch, CompositorWidgetDelegate is renamed to
PlatformCompositorWidgetDelegate, and a new base class called
CompositorWidgetDelegate is added with "AsPlatformSpecificDelegate()" and
"AsHeadlessCompositorWidget()" methods. In non-headless mode, widgets use
AsPlatformSpecificDelegate() to access the Windows- and GTK-specific delegate
APIs. In headless mode, AsHeadlessCompositorWidget() is used to access the
singular CompositorWidget implementation for headless. Meanwhile, the
CompositorWidgetInitData IPDL type is made into a union which always contains a
headless-specific HeadlessCompositorWidgetInitData struct and under GTK and
Windows also contains an {X11,Win}CompositorWidgetInitData struct.
This also includes a small patch to ensure that the GPU process and
hardware-accelerated compositing are always disabled under headless mode. These
features weren't activated by default in the Linux environments I tested in, but
did end up activating (and then promptly crashing Firefox) when I tested on
Windows.

defined on gonk builds under b2g/ (which goes away in bug 1357326).

Supports creating a windowless browser on Linux without an X server. Most of the
changes are just adding branches to avoid calls in to GTK which calls
into X. Some of the bigger additions were adding a separate headless widget
which implements just enough to render a page. A headless look and
feel were also added since there are many calls into GTK in the platform
specific one.
This is the most important part of the patch series. It removes the
PScreenManager protocol and use ScreenManager directly in the content
processes.
Initial and subsequent updates are sent via PContent::RefreshScreens.
struct ScreenDetails are kept to serialize Screen over IPC.
nsIScreenManager::ScreenForNativeWidget is removed because
nsIWidget::GetWidgetScreen can replace it. nsIScreen::GetId is removed
because it's not useful for the more general Screen class.

ScreenManager takes the common parts of ScreenManagerWin,
ScreenManagerGtk and ScreenManagerCocoa. It caches all screen
information in the new Screen class. The cache are updated when the OS
notifies there is a monitor config change; all changes will be pushed to
content processes via PContent (patch part 6.)
Screen is a pure data object. All platform dependent logic will be in
widget specific helper classes.
Each process will have a singleton ScreenManager object. Widget
specific helper object is held alive by the ScreenManager when
necessary, for example to receive updates from the OS.
The change to to VsyncDispatcher.cpp is due to unified-build bustage.
ScreenManager::ScreenForNativeWidget is not implemented because it
will be removed in patch part 6.

This just decouples nsAutoRollup from the widget class, which it isn't really
bound to anyway because the internal data is static. We'll need to be able to
use nsAutoRollup independently in the next patch.
