Emilio Cobos Álvarez c308704902 Bug 1738614 - Remove other Widget* colors. r=mstange
These are only used for frameset painting and the non-e10s <select>

Emilio Cobos Álvarez 390c6943fe Bug 1702676 - Change public LookAndFeel API to accept a color scheme. r=mstange
This shouldn't change behavior, but is the biggest cross-platform part
of the change so I'd like to get it landed sooner rather than later.

The two calls like:

  GetColor(ColorID::TextSelectBackground, color);
  if (color == 0x000000) {
    mColorTextSelectForeground = NS_RGB(0xff, 0xff, 0xff);
  } else {
    mColorTextSelectForeground = NS_DONT_CHANGE_COLOR;
  }

that I'm removing are just broken. They were calling the version of
GetColor the function that took a default value when the color wasn't
available, not the version of the color with the outparam.

To prevent such mistakes, add two signatures, GetColor(), returning a
Maybe<nscolor> and Color(), returning a color with a fallback.

Emilio Cobos Álvarez 5a6d8228c8 Bug 1691858 - Minor cleanup of our @page rule setup. r=AlaskanEmily
Actually, there's not so much we can improve right now, in the sense
that:

 * We need the ::-moz-page-content pseudo-element to be able to set
 `display` on the page, since that's a style rule rather than a @page
 rule. We could get away without it.

 * Keeping the current code-path (slightly cleaned up) is less code, for
 now at least. We can have a separate code-path or what not that
 actually performs the @page rule selector-matching and what not if
 needed when we get to named pages or other page selectors. Selectors
 like :first should be pretty trivial to implement, actually.

We make some paged mode anon boxes non-inheriting anon boxes. This
allows us to share the styles and is generally nicer. They don't need to
inherit from anywhere.

We could remove the origin handling and don't look at UA rules or what
not, but it seems pretty harmless to do that.

We also fix the name of the pseudo-elements to match the capitalization.

Andrew Osmond 91b071ed14 Bug 1618345 - Enforce proper color management by splitting gfx::Color into sRGBColor and DeviceColor types. r=jrmuizel
gfx::Color is currently misused in many places. The DrawTargets expect
the color space to be in device space, e.g. what we are actually going
to draw using. Everything sitting above generally deals with sRGB, as
specified in CSS. Sometimes we missed the conversion from sRGB to device
space when issuing draw calls, and similarly sometimes we converted the
color to device space twice.

This patch splits the type in two. sRGBColor and DeviceColor now
represent sRGB and device color spaces respectively. DrawTarget only
accepts DeviceColor, and one can get a DeviceColor from an sRGBColor via
the ToDeviceColor helper API. The reftests now pass with color
management enabled for everything (e.g. CSS) instead of just tagged
raster images.

There will be a follow up patch to enable color management everywhere by
default on all supported platforms.

L. David Baron c923b062b3 Bug 1547759 - Pass ReflowInput to FinishReflowChild in almost all cases. r=jfkthame
At first glance, it might look like this would change behavior, since
FinishReflowChild passes aReflowInput to DidReflow, which in turn
notifies aReflowInput's mPercentBSizeObserver. However, if you examine
how the mPercentBSizeObserver is propagated, it can only be set for the
anonymous block wrapping the children of table cells, the children of
table cells, or additionally a child of a table wrapper frame that has
it set (i.e., a table or its caption, when logically a child of a table
cell). Since all of the frames for which this is being changed are
either internal table elements that are inside of the table, or are
things that can never be a descendant of a table at all, there should be
no change in behavior.

Emilio Cobos Álvarez 810916db16 Bug 1554433 - Move system colors to values::specified::color. r=xidorn
This should be an idempotent patch. The way to come up with this patch has been:

 * Run the first script attached to the bug and pipe it to xclip, then paste it
   in color.rs
 * Add the relevant #[derive] annotations and remove the color.mako.rs
   definition.
 * Reorder the values to match the ColorID definition, on which some widget
   prefs and caching stuff relies on.
 * Manually port some documentation from nsLookAndFeel.h
 * Run `rg 'eColorID_' | cut -d : -f 1 | sort | uniq >files`
 * Run the second script attached to the bug.
 * Manually fix usage of `LAST_COLOR` (adding the `End` variant), and adding
   casts to integer as needed.
 * Add an static assert so that people remember to update the prefs, rather than
   a comment on the definition :)

Masayuki Nakano 2f9688c14e Bug 1544343 - part 2: Make factory methods take mozilla::PresShell instead of nsIPresShell r=emilio
Additionally, this patch makes `nsFrame.h` stop including `nsIPresShell.h`

rebuild performance of `nsIPresShell.h` (and `mozilla/PresShell.h` in the

Emilio Cobos Álvarez f1b06a744a Bug 1540220 - Remove some useless usage of LazyComputeBehavior::Allow. r=dholbert
This switches nsFrameSetFrame's hacky frame construction codepath to operate on
the flattened tree, since it made me a bit more comfortable about it (all layout
should operate on is the flattened tree, though in this cause this should not
cause any web-observable behavior change, since <frameset> can't be a shadow
host per spec, and we no longer support XBL-in-content).

That doesn't need to compute styles lazily. You only need to compute styles
lazily in descendants of display: none elements, and even though this code
doesn't check on display: none _on the children_, the parent element should
never have display: none (since we're creating an nsFrameSetFrame for it).

There are other places that still call into this (apart from getComputedStyle).

One is nsImageFrame's cursor code. Given the <area> elements referencing an
image map could be anywhere, we need to have lazy computation here.

The other is the viewport style propagation stuff. There shouldn't be a need for
LazyComputeBehavior::Allow on the document element in order to check the
viewport styles propagation, since the root element can't have display: none
ancestors. But we run that code before actually constructing the doc element
containing block, which is when we do the initial document styling.

We could remove that with some more effort, but it's not worth it right now,
since we need to keep using it for the <body>, since the document element could
be display: none itself, and we propagate the overflow styles in that case
still. I filed https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/3779 to potentially
change that.

Xidorn Quan 4cf9aed667 Bug 1449400 part 5 - Remove StyleSetHandle. r=emilio
This patch basically does:
* remove StyleSetHandle and its corresponding files
* revisit #includes of related header files and change correspondingly
* change nsIPresShell::mStyleSet to be UniquePtr<ServoStyleSet>
* change the creating path of ServoStyleSet to pass UniquePtr
* change other mentions of StyleSetHandle to ServoStyleSet*
* remove AsServo() calls on ServoStyleSet

Some unfortunate bits:
* some methods of (Servo)StyleSet only accepts ServoStyleSheet while
  many places call into the methods with StyleSheet, so there are many
  ->AsServo() added to sheets
