Benjamin Smedberg 05b9752a11 Bug 770805 - Close the IPC channel safely when we discover that a Flash process has crashed; don't call Close() directly, because PluginModuleParent assumes that a normal shutdown only occurs from PluginModuleParent::NP_Shutdown. Bobby Holley 83245872f0 Bug 754202 - Remove context pushing/popping API. r=mrbkap Each one of these uses grabs the principal off of an object for pushing, but also enters the compartment of that object. So we shouldn't need this anymore. 
Can I get a 'hell yeah'?

Introduce a new display-list item 'nsDisplayFixedPosition' that represents
fixed-position elements. This item cannot be merged, which forces fixed
position elements to have their own layer, and has a BuildLayer implementation
that sets the necessary metadata on a Layer to be able to maintain its
position correctly during composition when asynchronously panning and zooming.
