No one (m-c, c-c and bluegriffon) uses nsIPlaintextEditor.setWrapColumn from
script. It is used from C++ only.

maxTextLength is unused from script, so I would like to move to TextEditor.
Also, there is no reason to keep setText on nsIPlainText.

If we make nsIEditor a builtin class, that means that its instance can be only TextEditor or HTMLEditor. Then, users of nsIEditor can use concrete classes such as EditorBase, TextEditor or HTMLEditor instead. Then, the users can reduce unnecessary QI and a lot of virtual calls if we'll create non-virtual methods.
So, let's make editor related interfaces builtin classes.

Actually, input.value setter behaviour (when editor has focus) is the following.
- select all
- delete selection
- delete text node
- insert text
- create text node
- create nsIFrame since we don't support lazy construction for editable element
It is too expensive to change text. So I would like to change like the following when there is 1 text node only (normal case). If child nodes isn't 1 text node only, use original way.
- set text on existed text node
So, for this fast path, I would like to add SetText transaction API.
