Some content in Makefile.in is removed because after this change, the
scripts no longer invoke the preprocessor and thus don't have unknown
dependencies anymore outside what is provided in their inputs array.
The order of exports.PREFERENCES in properties-db changes because the
data file has shorthands placed after longhands. The only usage of it
is in test_css-properties-db.js which doesn't care about the order.

This patch adds a new middleware which takes care of clearing the messages
caches when the user clear the messages through the UI or via console.clear.
Tests are added for both webconsole and browser console to make sure we don't regress.

Bug 1453846 - Remove DevTools RDP events. r=Honza

A few years ago in bug 1126274, we added RDP events to the DevTools transport so
that the add-on RDP Inspector could display packets as they flow by.
The add-on no longer works as it is not a WebExtension. Maybe someday we'll
revisit this, but for now this removes some dead code.

If tool tabs is bigger than toolbox width, this mechanism will not work

* modify the related tests.
In this patch, the toolbox will create the cache of the displayed tool tab width
after rendering an element since each width of toolbox tab is not fixed size.
(i.e. each toolbox tab size is different from another size)

Bug 1449165 - Fix test failure in browser_inspector_extension_sidebar with new reps bundle; r=rpl.

For some reason, the test was failing. I suspect that it would
take some time for the object to expand, giving some time for the
targeted node (the root, containing the body node in an object), to
be turned into TINY mode, and thus making it impossible for the
onMouseOut listener to be executed.
This patch waits for the object inspector to be expanded so we make
sure to only target the body node.
