The check for generated content in nsTextFrame is to the best of my
knowledge useless: We don't display generated content as selected when
the parent is selected anyhow, and the offsets would be wrong.
We special-case text inputs and textarea because of ::placeholder, see
the comment, but otherwise there's no reason you shouldn't be able to
find-in-page generated content / fallback / etc.
I added ForceBreakBetween so as to not create ranges that span across
shadow / anonymous content boundaries. They don't work anyway (see the
TODO in test_find.html), so it seems better to make that explicit until
we properly handle them (bug 1590379).
I added a pref just to be safe since this is long-standing behavior, but
I think it should be uncontroversial.

the gfx blocklist, allowing us more control over feature deployment.

Bug 1597036 - Add fission.autostart as an optional locked pref in the troubleshooting schema. r=mconley

I think that Bug 1572925 made it an error to have any locked prefs
reported in about:support, because they had a pref that accidentally
was getting reported, and I guess we don't have any by
default. fission.autostart is locked on beta and release, but not on
Nightly. This patch makes it so it is okay, but not necessary, to have
fission.autostart reported as a locked preference, so that the test
will pass in either configuration.

This adds a new section at the bottom of about:support to show the
current status of the CDP-based remote agent service. This section will
display useful troubleshooting information regarding the remote agent.
The remote agent is a forthcoming low-level RPC protocol providing
debugging interfaces for Gecko internals. Because it exposes
browser-internals to the surrounding system we need a clear way
for the user to find if it is listening for browser-external connections.
The table, entitled "Remote Debugging (Chromium Protocol)", contains
the following new information:
Accepting connections whether the HTTPD is listening for incoming connections
URL connection endpoint for clients

Some methods from css-logic were extracted from the devtools codebase to be used by context-menu files.
This was only needed in order to compute the css-selectors for Inspect Element.
If we use ContentDOMReference instead, those helpers can move back in the devtools codebase
(leaving them in css-selector.js fails the all-files-referenced test for some reason as well)

DeferredTask's finalize() awaits the completion of any (previously)
scheduled tasks before returning. To minimize the time spent in
finalize(), the idle dispatch timer should not be a part of the task

Since we rarely touch this code, I took the liberty of changing this to a JS class
and fix the contrast ratio calculations to actually conform to the WCAG spec,
instead of using arbitrary constants.
I changed the `isBright` getter to `useBrightText`, because that is more apt;
we're usually looking for an answer to 'should I use white text on this background?',
instead of looking for an arbitrary threshold to classify a color as being bright.
I updated the tests to cover more of this and clarified the assertion messages as
well.

This changes the behavior of ChromeUtils.import() to return an exports object,
rather than a module global, in all cases except when `null` is passed as a
second argument, and changes the default behavior not to pollute the global
scope with the module's exports. Thus, the following code written for the old
model:
ChromeUtils.import("resource://gre/modules/Services.jsm");
is approximately the same as the following, in the new model:
var {Services} = ChromeUtils.import("resource://gre/modules/Services.jsm");
Since the two behaviors are mutually incompatible, this patch will land with a
scripted rewrite to update all existing callers to use the new model rather
than the old.

There are multiple fixes contained in this patch:
- fixes for Android/mobile support
- adding extra strings to the ftl file that were never defined before, and previously the ID was just printed to the page
- update test_l10n.py to not rely on about:support anymore
- changing Troubleshoot.jsm to return and ID and args for the strings that should be displayed, so it is compatible with the Fluent API
- misc. fixes so strings that are not localized don't go through the Fluent codepath

Since LoginManagerContent._getFormFields has "_" prefix (it means private
member) and LoginManagerCotnent.getFieldContext doesn't return elements,
