Mike Conley d5831722aa Bug 1101193 - Disable e10s on Nightly for several days before Aurora uplift. r=felipe, a=pref-only 
Landing this directly on mozilla-central in order to ensure this gets into the
Nightly of November 24th, 2014. That's to ensure a solid week of non-e10s testing
on Nightly.

I felt this matched the 4th bullet for good reasons to land directly on mozilla-central
as listed here: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Tree_Rules#mozilla-central_.28Nightly_channel.29

Specifically:
* SandboxCrash() uses internal Gecko interfaces, so stays in libxul.
* SandboxInfo moves to libxul from libmozsandbox, which no longer exists.
* Where libxul calls Set*Sandbox(), it uses weak symbols.
* Everything remains as it was on mobile.

Ehsan Akhgari c3552da3d5 Bug 1082792 - Build firefox.exe with -MD in ASAN builds; r=glandium 
Mixing -MT and -MD as we do by default is not a supported configuration
for ASAN.  Given that we don't require supporting XP SP2 in those
builds, we can opt out of this.

Tim Taubert e24b098f02 Bug 1077652 - SessionStore should accept :setupSyncHandler and :update messages from browsers without tabs r=smacleod 
By making SessionStore accept :setupSyncHandler and :update messages from <xul:browser>s without a tab assigned we can preload a <xul:browser> in the background and assign a tab later. SessionStore will have the correct sync handler and know about the current content loaded in that browser. If the browser will never be assigned to a tab the received data will simply be discarded when the browser goes away due to the use of WeakMaps in SessionStore.

Gijs Kruitbosch 16d4bec6ab Bug 1096763 - fix webide button issues with customize mode, r=Unfocused 
This fixes the button to not call createWidget repeatedly when the button is in the palette.

It also fixes an edge case in CustomizableUI where, if you restore defaults, we don't re-add custom widgets to the list of seen widgets, meaning they'll be restored to their default position on next start, even if you move them after restoring to defaults.
