Mark Smith 83c646ef2f Bug 437174 - Disabling 3rd party cookies breaks sending cookies for

Boris Zbarsky f952d65c4e Bug 84106. Actually pass a cache key to web browser persist so that POST result pages have a chance of being read from cache.
