Gregory Szorc 95d334535a Bug 834936 - Temporarily load JSMs into fewer compartments; r=rnewman 
We concatenate JSMs together so we use less compartments and therefore
less memory. This is intended to be a temporary hack until the overhead
of compartments is less.

Justin Lebar 0f0d04a754 Bug 834059 - Send processses into the foreground when they first launch, so they don't get killed quite so quickly. r=cjones 
This patch also sends the preallocated process into the background immediately after it's launched.
