Unify box and frame trees by moving nsIBox methods onto nsIFrame. XUL-box frames can call the superclass nsBox implementation, all other frames get the nsFrame implementation of the box methods, which acts like nsBoxToBlockAdaptor used to. Bug 258513, r+sr=roc.

Replace its nsISupports* parameter with a PRBool, since we don't need to allocate an object to pass a boolean parameter. Most callers now use PresShell(), a few that were checking for null conditions are using GetPresShell() -- this will be remedied once we can ensure that a prescontext never has a null pres shell. Bug 165149. Make children of a scrolled element inherit style directly from the element instead of via the scrolled frames. Add a new view property to indicate that the view is painted on a uniform background and use it to optimize scrolling, so that a scrolled element with a uniform background color can still be scrolled using bitblits. r+sr=dbaron
