Bug 1391539 - Show tab separators when hovering tabs. r=dao

This patch also fixes the hover background color of tabs in
Windows 7 (it was mistakenly being overriden), which got a little
more noticeable through the non-changing tab separators.
This patch further adds a missing top border on selected
tabs when drag space or title bar is enabled (which is
required to set the correct border-image on hovered tabs borders).

Bug 1402929 - try to make overflow panel in customize mode easier to understand, r=mikedeboer

This moves the explanatory text from a pseudoelement to a real element,
and keeps only the image in a pseudoelement. It then uses a transitioned
opacity to fade that image in and out.
Because we need to fade this based on dragging items over the panel when
it's empty, it adds/removes a 'draggingover' attribute to handle the fade.
To cope with the extra element in the drag/drop container in customize mode,
this also makes the following changes:
- bail out of _onDragStart if there's no actual selected item.
- pick the fixed list in the panelHolder more reliably
- add a max-width to avoid the description making the panel wider

* Harden the new `hideAllViewsExcept()` to not do erroneous things if called when
the binding is already gone.
* Generalize things into `hideAllViewsExcept(thisOne)`:
- Clear `_viewShowing` in there and do the descriptionHeightWorkaround thing
in there too,
- For Photon panels, do all the 'current' attribute setting in there. To show
a panel during transition, I introduced the 'in-transition' attribute.
* I had to make sure not to over-eagerly dispatch 'ViewShowing' events, because
that confuses some,
* Move the temporary panel handling, which contains an ephemeral panelmultiview
instance, internally. This cleans up the hacky, duplicate PanelUI.js code nicely.
* Keep a local copy of `_transitionDetails` to ensure it's still there after transition,
* Harden `_cleanupTransitionPhase()` to only clear the phase that belongs to a
specific transition, _if_ that's passed in as an argument. This resolves any
potential raciness that might occur when `showSubView()` is called again mid-transition.
* Skip the UITour element visibility check when it's inside a panelview, because
too many things need to happen and that check is too simple to be useful in
that case.

The previous drag space was only set as min-height on the titlebar,
which led tabsintitlebar.js to not account that extra space for moving
the titlebar to the bottom (because it calculates that height from
tab strip height). So while it looked fine visually, the titlebar did
not stretch all the way to the bottom, so that e.g. double-clicks aren't
registered correctly.

As an alternative to using a border colored to match what's behind
it, as the color of that border needs to be maintained to match,
and the border can cut into other things. Since the border was
1px on high DPI displays, this does change how it looks slightly
under those circumstances, but see the images attached to the bug,
which is still visually pleasing.

There's only one interesting case here: the active tab. When rendering the label
of an overflowing active tab into the fadeout mask surface, text rendering must
not use the font smoothing background color for dark vibrancy. Instead, it needs
to use the color of the tab itself for best results.
Alternatively, we could set the font smoothing background color of the active
tab to "transparent", because this text is not on top of a vibrant background.
However, doing so would lose the subpixel AA and would not look as crisp.

Bug 1392979 - Modernize buttons for Flash CTP r=Felipe

This is just the most conservative thing we can do to get the
Flash doorhanger to not look out of place next to other
doorhangers. This does not change the doorhanger's strings or
anything substantive. Still looking into what that would entail,
but I thought I would drop this in as a baseline.
Minor notes: added default="true" to get the OS-specific button
reordering of normal doorhangers, and removed the close button
since the doorhanger will close by just clicking out of it.

Bug 1374815 - fix sidebar hover styling and unify photon styling with the default, r=nhnt11

This consolidates the photon styles into the old pre-photon styles, simplifying the CSS.
As a result, it fixes the layout of the bookmarks menu as well. There's still some work
left to do there to make submenus align properly with their parent once opened on
Windows, but that isn't a regression caused by this bug so I am not addressing it here.
I have deliberately not updated the checkmark besides aligning it properly on OS X - it
seems we need more design details as to how that should look in the sidebar header menu
as well as the bookmarks panel before changing that further (if indeed it does need
further changes).

osx/places/places.css applies some useless styles #sidebar-search-container and #tabs-panel from the synced tabs sidebar which doesn't even use places.css. It also seems to overuse !important.
windows/places/places.css makes an obsolete distinction between default and non-default themes when removing the tree's background and applies an obsolete custom background on Windows 7.

The panel-subview-header is always hidden in photon (sub)panels, and so we now never show it.
Removing it avoids having to readd the old label for the bookmarks view, remove some unused
strings, and I noticed that we accidentally left the PanelUI-sidebar container which is
unused since bug 1360282.
