Luca Greco 6890a753ef Bug 1544890 - Disable addon-abuse-report-xulframe if AbuseReporter.openDialogDisabled is false. r=mstriemer 
This patch prevents the addon-abuse-report-xulframe custom element from being defined
when AbuseReporter.openDialogDisabled is false (which is the default on all channels
starting from Firefox >= 73).

This change is also preventing the addon-abuse-report-xulframe custom element from
triggering an assertion failure in PresShell::ScrollContentIntoView, which seems to
be due to marionette calling browser.focus() while the custom element has just
injected the browser element that would contain the abuse report panel subframe.

This single-line patch is enough to prevent the assertion failure and still pass
all the existing tests. The addon-abuse-report-xulframe will be removed completely
as part of Bug 1614653.

Any button inside a form is by spec considered a submit button
(as mentioned here https://www.w3.org/TR/html401/interact/forms.html#h-17.5)
and so, when Enter was pressed while the form was focused, a click event
was being triggered on the first button found inside the form
(and the first button was the hidden close icon button).

Explicitly marking all the report panel buttons as type="button" prevent
the report panel from being wrongly cancelled in these scenarios.

Mark Striemer 71b8038684 Bug 1594417 - Ensure panel-list is hidden when added to document r=Gijs 
When the stylesheet needs to load for panel-list it is missing the rule to
hide the panel while it's closed. Move this style into the shadow DOM so
it's always present even if the other styles haven't loaded yet.

This was especially noticeable when the "Disable Cache" option was enabled
with the devtools open.

Rob Wu 2b97594781 Bug 1561827 - Move pluginPrefs initialization to pluginPrefs.js r=Gijs 
The plugin preference rendering logic was in PluginProvider.jsm and
was tightly coupled to the markup of the XUL about:addons page,
and therefore does not work with the HTML about:addons page.

Fix this by moving the rendering logic to pluginPrefs.js (which is
loaded by pluginPrefs.xul), and updating the browser_pluginprefs.js unit
test to ensure that the rendering works as expected.

Rob Wu f404754f4b Bug 1557792 - Show missing private browsing rows in about:addons r=mixedpuppy 
For parity with the XUL about:addons page, this commit adds missing rows
to the details view:

- Bug 1557792 - incognito not_allowed should show "Not Allowed in Private Windows"

- Bug 1551947 - extensions with locked private browsing flag should not
  show inputs to control the flag, but "Requires Access to Private Windows"

Rob Wu 6e4fdcf355 Bug 1551490 - Hide add-on preferences when not allowed in private windows, fix browser_webext_incognito.js r=rpl 
Fix browser_webext_incognito.js to work with both XUL and HTML about:addons.

This patch also ensures that (inline) options UI is only shown in HTML
about:addons in private windows if add-ons are allowed access to it.
browser_webext_incognito.js serves as a unit test for this.

Rob Wu deb6cb04a5 Bug 1553448 - Improve appearance of card menu at about:addons r=mstriemer,jaws 
- Render "hidden" appearance via opacity. This fixes the reported
  regression, and also results in a desired fading of the icon (if any).
- Set cursor to "default" avoid "pointer" cursor in menu items.
- Let the "checked" icon adapt the color of the style sheet (e.g. to
  account for dark themes) instead of using the default black color.
- Prevent clicks on non-button elements in the menu from expanding the
  card, e.g. when the user clicks on the triangle or separator.
- Render menu item icon at the right in RTL locales.
