Bug 1333915, part 2 - Stop using bridges and spawns in plugins. r=jimm

The old code would do the content process portion of the open by
immediately sending a message back to the content process, but this
has some weird issues with nesting and priorities. Instead of doing
that, I return the endpoint for the content process back to the
original sync call. This requires more code changes, to thread the
endpoint along, but it is conceptually simpler.
Once I removed the bridges and got it working, I was just able to
remove the spawns from the IPDL file and it worked.

When the global window detroyed, the service would notify agent's callback to mute its volume.
And the nsNSNPAPI's detroy would release the agent, I guess these things would happen in the same time.
So we should check whether the agent exists before calling agent's function.

After click events with button 2 or 3 are fired, fire auxclick, a new
event intended to represent a non-primary mouse click. Because this
event, based on the design examples and blink's implementation, is
intended to be used with content listeners, always dispatch on content
listeners--not just those that force all events to be dispatched (i.e.
document/window). This diverges from the behavior of our click events
from non-primary buttons.
Eventually, we hope this will replace click events for non-primary
buttons. For now, leave those events for compatibility reasons.
Additionally, add handling of this new event, where necessary.

Giving '0' (literal zero) to nsCOMPtr is now ambiguous, as both
nsCOMPtr(decltype(nullptr)) and nsCOMPtr(T*) could be used.
In any case, our coding standards mandate the use of 'nullptr' for pointers.
So I'm changing all zeroes into nullptr's where necessary.

With this change, MessageChannel stores mListener as an IToplevelProtocol
rather than a MessageListener (which isn't really a useful concept on
its own). The MessageListener methods are split out to IProtocol and
IToplevelProtocol. MessageListener gets deleted. Some of the inline
functions in MessageChannel had to be moved to MessageChannel.cpp since
IToplevelProtocol isn't defined in MessageChannel.h.

This function is an infallible alternative to nsIURI::GetSpec(). It's useful
when it's appropriate to handle a GetSpec() failure with a failure string, e.g.
for log/warning/error messages. It allows code like this:
nsAutoCString spec;
uri->GetSpec(spec);
printf("uri: %s", spec.get());
to be changed to this:
printf("uri: %s", uri->GetSpecOrDefault().get());
This introduces a slight behavioural change. Previously, if GetSpec() failed,
an empty string would be used here. Now, "[nsIURI::GetSpec failed]" will be
produced instead. In most cases this failure string will make for a clearer
log/warning/error message than the empty string.

Bug 1293062 - Plugin permissions are confused between Flash and the VLC plugin. Fix this by checking that the plugin name for the special Flash plugin is "Shockwave Flash", which is true of Adobe Flash but not replacement plugins such as VLC or even gnash. This causes other plugins to have their own pref tag so that users can enable/disable them separately. r=jimm

The patch also does the following.
- Removes the Android and GTK overloadings of EnableDragDrop(), which are
identical to the nsBaseWidget one.
- Streamlines the Windows implementation: fixes the indentation and takes
advantage of infallible |new|.

Remove the presentation methods from nsWindow/AndroidBridge now that
they are not used. This also eliminates gGeckoViewWindow from nsWindow.
NS_PRESENTATION_WINDOW and NS_PRESENTATION_SURFACE constants are added
for GetNativeData/SetNativeData to provide replacements that support
multiple GeckoViews/nsWindows.

Bug 1293596 (part 2) - Rework nsIWidget bounds getters. r=mstange.

This patch makes GetBounds(), GetScreenBounds() and GetClientBounds() more
obviously infallible, like existing functions such as GetNaturalBounds() and
GetClientSize(). This results in clearer behaviour in nsCocoaWindow.mm if
Objective C exceptions occur. Along the way, the patch removes some useless
failure checks for these functions.
The patch also removes the NS_IMETHOD from GetRestoredBounds and makes that
function MOZ_MUST_USE.

This patch makes the following changes on many in-class methods.
- NS_IMETHODIMP F() override; --> NS_IMETHOD F() override;
- NS_IMETHODIMP F() override {...} --> NS_IMETHOD F() override {...}
- NS_IMETHODIMP F() final; --> NS_IMETHOD F() final;
- NS_IMETHODIMP F() final {...} --> NS_IMETHOD F() final {...}
Using NS_IMETHOD is the preferred way of marking in-class virtual methods.
Although these transformations add an explicit |virtual|, they are safe --
there's an implicit |virtual| anyway because |override| and |final| only work
with virtual methods.

This patch makes most Run() declarations in subclasses of nsIRunnable have the
same form: |NS_IMETHOD Run() override|.
As a result of these changes, I had to add |override| to a couple of other
functions to satisfy clang's -Winconsistent-missing-override warning.
