Prefer the vs14 targets since we build for Windows
with cl instead of cygwin's gcc. This corresponds
to Visual Studio 2015.
In practice there is little difference, other the
upstream build system assuming a Visual Studio style
output directory, but this should help pick up any
compiler-specific work-arounds.
