We include it everywhere because it's included from gfxTypes.h.
This should avoid including all the generated bindings _everywhere_.

To be more similar between Rust and C++. This introduces GenericFontFamily and
exposes that plus FontFamilyNameSyntax to C++, using that where appropriate
instead of plain uint8_t as we were doing.
As a follow-up, as discussed on IRC with Jonathan, we can remove the -moz-fixed
family, and turn it just into an alias of Monospace.
The only non-trivial change is the MatchType changes, but they're ok I think.
The code already assumed at most one CSS generic, and the struct still takes 8
bits. I've verified that the relevant tests are passing (though try is closed).

This is a best effort attempt at ensuring that the adverse impact of
reformatting the entire tree over the comments would be minimal. I've used a
combination of strategies including disabling of formatting, some manual
formatting and some changes to formatting to work around some clang-format
limitations.

- Changes gfxImageFormat to be a typedef to gfx::SurfaceFormat. This will be
removed soon.
- Removes gfxCairoFormatToImageFormat() and gfxImageFormatToCairoFormat() and
replace calls to them with CairoFormatToGfxFormat() and
GfxFormatToCairoFormat().
- Removes ParamTraits<gfxImageFormat>.
- Add namespace qualifiers to SurfaceFormat instances where necessary.

It would be nice to add static assertions for this equivalence but I don't want
to have to include cairo.h in gfxTypes.h. (Indeed, that's why
gfxImageFormatToCairoFormat and gfxCairoFormatToImageFormat are macros in the
first place).

This value is never written anywhere, so it's not needed, and gfx::Surface
doesn't have an equivalent.

cairo_format_t and gfxImageFormat have their equivalent constants in the same
order, so you can just cast between them, which is kind of nasty.
This patch replaces all such casts with explicit conversions via calls to new
conversion functions. These functions will be removed in a subsequent patch.

imgFrame::SizeOfExcludingThis() measures heap and non-heap memory in a very
complex way. This patch simplifies it and removes gfxMemoryLocation in the
process. (gfxMemoryLocation::OUT_OF_PROCESS was unused.)
