scaleX() with -moz-context-properties without WebRender does not sacale X direction. It is Bug 1646618. Then without WebRender, the rendering problem does not happen. scale() requests correct scaling.

that, when set to true, causes a "Downloading update" message to appear
in the app menu during a MAR download. Clicking the message opens the

This -moz-appearance is already set on #sidebar-box, in the main browser document.
Furthermore, we don't want to set the -moz-appearance when lwthemes are used, and
(as far as I can tell) we cannot detect lwtheme usage with :-moz-lwtheme in the
nested documents (bookmarksSidebar.xhtml, historySidebar.xhtml, syncedtabs/sidebar.xhtml).

This also splits out the indicator theme-ing into an include file, with
platform-specific CSS files that import it. This allows us to do
platform-specific tweaks, such as changing the ordering of the window
controls and drag indicator, which we do on macOS.

window background should come from. We would like the background to be handled

This unifies toolbarbutton-text and toolbarbutton-multiline-text. We now
always use toolbarbutton-text for the button's text, but can either use
textContent or the value attribute, depending on the value of the wrap
attribute. This reduces DOM size and consumer complexity, at the cost of
adding some logic to toolbarbutton.js itself.

This patch adjusts the profiler menu button to properly reflect the current state
of the profiler. It doesn't completely match the design spec, as there are a bunch
of CSS rules already in place in the toolbar, and I wanted to keep the changes
simple. It does however, update the UI based on the state of the profiler.
