Bug 190735. DeCOMtaminating nsIFrame and removing aPresContext parameters, in particular, the methods GetParent, GetContent, GetRect, GetOrigin, GetSize, SetRect, MoveTo, SizeTo, GetNextSibling, GetFrameState, SetFrameState, GetView, GetViewExternal, SetView, GetClosestView, GetParentWithView, AreAncestorViewsVisible, and GetWindow.
