This patch converts some NS_IMETHOD and NS_IMETHODIMP occurrences that I missed
in previous bugs.
The patch also removes the Android
nsWindow::{Get,Set}HasTransparentBackground() functions because they're unused.

This patch adds a new non-DOM event type, "mousetouchdrag". The name is horrible, I
know. The "mouse" comes from the fact that it's a WidgetMouseEvent, and the
"touchdrag" comes from the fact that this event is fired at the start of a touch
gesture for drag-and-drop. Right now this event is only fired from the Windows
widget code, when we receive a touch-source doubleclick event from the OS. This
event is sent to us from the OS when it detects the sequence "touchstart, touchend,
touchstart" within certain time/distance constraints. Eventually we may detect
similar gestures for other platforms in the APZ GestureEventListener and dispatch
the "mousetouchdrag" event for those as well.
The only effect of this event is that it begins tracking a drag gesture in the
EventStateManager. Subsequent touchmove events can begin the actual drag-and-drop
operation by calling ::DoDragDrop. See the discussion in bug 1147335 for some
important caveats about DoDragDrop and how it only works with left-mouse-button
events (real or synthetic).

The style context for MOZ_GTK_TEXT_VIEW is now created by copying from the
widget instead of caching a widget and using its context.
No rendering changes are expected, unless themes are animating GtkTextView
backgrounds.

This patch implements nsCocoaUtils::GetEventTimeStamp() which hides how to get TimeStamp from timeStamp of NSEvent from other developers.
Different from Windows and GTK, we don't need to use SystemTimeConverter and implement CurrentTimeGetter class because the internal value of the macOS implementation of TimeStamp is based on mach_absolute_time(), which measures "ticks" since boot. Event timestamps are NSTimeIntervals (seconds) since boot. So the two time representations already have the same base; we only need to convert seconds into ticks.

Add the set of plugin process PIDs to PluginProcessParent and, when attempting to reparent plugin windows in the chrome process, validate that those windows originated with the plugin process (by checking the window's PID against the set in the PluginProcessParent).
Be more careful when we try to find Java classes, so that any exceptions
are not ignored and passed on to the caller, which is likely to result
in a hard-to-diagnose Dalvik/ART crash.
We moved 'transitioncancel' event to the CSS-Transition Level 1.

Doing QI from nsIEditor to nsIEditorIMESupport doesn't make sense because editor should always support all methods and attributes of nsIEditorIMESupport (it does NOT mean that all nsIEditor implementation need to support IME).
This patch moves all of them to nsIEditor for avoiding redundant QIs.
