This patch was generated as follows:
Run:
`./mach esmify --imports . --prefix=toolkit/mozapps/extensions/AddonManager`
In the output there are linter/prettifier errors due to unused
XPCOMUtils or separate importESModule calls. These have been fixed
manually and verified with `./mach lint --outgoing`.
The `esmify` script also inserts many unwanted newlines around imports
that are broken on two lines due to length. Due to the number of these,
I fixed them programatically.
1. Create patch from the changes so far.
2. From the patch, delete all lines that consist of "+" (i.e. added blank line).
3. Reset the working dir and apply the revised patch.
4. Verify that the diff between step 1 and 3 looks reasonable.
5. Verify that this patch as a whole looks reasonable.
Commands:

git commit -va -m WIP-rename
git revert HEAD
git apply --recount rename.diff
git diff HEAD^ # and verify that the removed lines are ok.
git commit -va # one last review to verify correctness of whole patch.

`git apply` has the `--recount` option to force it to ignore mismatches
in line counts, which happens because we deleted added lines (^+$)
without fixing up the line counts in the file headers.

This means that we start from a known non-break and that we shouldn't be in any
danger of causing false breaks once Uniscribe gets to unprocessed characters.
This also makes the crash tests manual and debug only.
Manual because now that the win32k pref is default on and not dynamic the tests
will not run on try any more.
Debug only so that we don't include code in opt builds that is only for manual
tests.

NS_GetComplexLineBreaks (in nsPangoBreaker.cpp) adds elements of type
`PangoLogAttr` to an array with `attrBuffer.AppendElements(aLength + 1);`.
However, `PangoLogAttr` doesn't have a default constructor, so those elements
are uninitialised, and that eventually leaks back to the the caller,
`ComplexBreaker::GetBreaks` and are used in a couple of different places after
that. This patch fixes that by manually zeroing out the new area.

Bug 1806042 - Replace Narrow No-Break Space (U+202F) and Thin Space (U+2009) in DateTimeFormat/DateTimeIntervalFormat output with regular Space to mitigate breakage on fragile websites. r=anba

The data for a bunch of locales was updated in ICU 72 to use U+202F and U+2009 in places where previously it had regular Space characters.
Unfortunately, this breaks some sites that attempt to parse the formatted output using naive regular expressions (or similar)
that just expect space, rather than "any whitespace", and fail to match against the new formatted output.
To mitigate this, until more browsers update to the newer ICU/CLDR data and pressure builds on sites to fix such fragile scripts,
we can post-process the formatted output from ICU to replace these "special" spaces with standard ASCII space characters.
This workaround is designed to be easily disabled at build time by just changing the DATE_TIME_FORMAT_REPLACE_SPECIAL_SPACES #define,
when we're ready to try re-enabling the updated formats.

Remove the patch for bug 1766220 because the local patch was just a backport
from the ICU development branch.
And update the local patches for Sorbian and WASI integration to apply cleanly
on ICU 72.

This was regressed by bug 1788115, which allowed us to parse ASCII labels
again to enforce they're valid. However, the existing code only checked for
invalid punycode (that fails decoding), not ACE labels that are invalid.
If we don't check for this condition uidna_labelToUnicode will add a U+FFFD
character to the end of the label, making us encode it again, changing the URL.
When that happens, the principal's origin may change between serializations,
which is not OK.

I found the files to fix up here using this command:
grep -r ' ' * 2>/dev/null | grep -v "other-licenses" | grep "idl:"
I replaced the tab characters with however many spaces seemed consistent with
the indentation in the surrounding code (and did some minor space-indentation
cleanup in contextual lines to preserve alignment, in a few cases).

I believe the crashes are due to the metasources list being mutated
while the async iterators are running. This changes should fix this
issue if it is in fact the root cause. The scope of this patch is a bit
larger since it changes the implementation to use a proper MetaSources
struct.
This struct centralizes access and mutation to the MetaSources,
providing an ergonomic API that should be fairly idiomatic and similar
to other Rust APIs.
The Mutex is not needed as this code is not multi-threaded. The RefCell
should provide proper access controls for handling the mutation of the
MetaSources.
The MetaSources struct also favors a Vec<Vec<Rc<T>>> rather than
Vec<Vec<T>> so that it can be copied very cheaply for the async
iterators.

This is probably the riskiest patch in the group, as it's touching the
core async iterator algorithm. The previous implementation relied on
pure match branches for handling things, but it made it awkward to share
some of the logic with a macro. I kept on running into issues with
refactoring tools not being able to work on the macro.
The changes here makes the code a bit more imperative, but I added
documentation of the current state that thing are in, so that it's
clearer where we were in the process of the algorithm.
This is a pure refactor and should not have any behavior changes.

The prior independence of this file from internal dependencies appears to have been in place to support its use as a part of the Payments API's UI, but that was dropped in bug 1721229.
The Fluent migration script included in this patch also covers changes from the immediately preceding patch.
The intl documentation change is a typo correction that was noticed while working on this patch.

For this to work, we need to add a move-constructor to `Locale`, so that it's
possible to write `loc = {}`. (We need move instead of copy semantics, because
`Locale` has UniquePtr members.) All other `Locale` members except for
`LanguageTagSubtag` already support move semantics. Add copy-constructors to
`LanguageTagSubtag`, so defaulted move-constructor/assignment works for `Locale`.
`LanguageTagSubtag` gets copy- instead of move-constructors, because there isn't
a good reason to disallow copying when moving is allowed.
Also add extra assertions and comments to document the requirement that `TryParse`
expects a new, empty `Locale`.

Bug 1170668 - Improve short read handling in nsConverterInputStream, r=hsivonen

This patch changes how nsConverterInputStream handles passing data
through to the underlying unicode converter in order to make it more
reliably handle propagating errors and deal with short reads from the
underlying input stream.
This was done by making the code continuously read within the Fill
method until at least one character has been decoded from the input
stream, so that we don't spuriously communicate an EOF to the caller due
to a short read not producing enough bytes for the decoder to produce a
UTF-16 character.
In addition, while making this change it became easier to signal to
the decoder about the final read from the input stream, meaning that
partial characters at the end of the stream will now generate a
replacement character, rather than being ignored.
