Ting-Yu Lin 000992e33e Bug 1527725 - Exclude ColumnSetWrapperFrame from the first letter style consistency check in nsBlockFrame. r=dbaron
If there's ::first-letter pseudo element on the multicol container,
ColumnSetWrapperFrame will have the first letter style, but it won't get
the NS_BLOCK_HAS_FIRST_LETTER_STYLE bit during frame construction. The
actual first-letter frame construction happens under -moz-column-content
anonymous block.

This patch excludes ColumnSetWrapperFrame from the debug check to meet
the expectation.

Add a reftest to make sure ::first-letter and ::first-line still work
after introducing ColumnSetWrapperFrame, and no assertion is fired.

Kartikaya Gupta 3797456260 Bug 1523080 - Don't apply the pipeline clip to display items inside a SC with a clip. r=kvark
Without this patch, if we got a display item with the root clip id, we
would always clip that display item with the root clip of the enclosing
pipeline. However, this violates the documented semantics on
ClipId::root() which states that it effectively does no clipping.
Specifically, it could end up doing clipping if the display item was
part of a scrollframe that was scrolled such that the display item
extended beyond the enclosing pipeline.

This patch adds an extra argument to some of the flattening functions -
the flag is true when recursing the DL between a pipeline item and the
first stacking context that has a clip. For these items, the pipeline
clip is applied. Once inside the stacking context, the pipeline clip is
not applied.

Ting-Yu Lin 93d595b35d Bug 1524382 - Flush all out-of-flow frames before destroying the frame list when reframing multicol container. r=dbaron
aFrameList can contain placeholder frames. If we decide to nuke
aFrameList, we need to destroy the out-of-flow frames gracefully.

In this case, out-of-flow frames are still in nsFrameConstructorState's
absolute item lists. To rely on nsPlaceholderFrame::DestroyFrom() to
remove its out-of-flow frame properly, we manually flush all the frame
insertions for all the lists in aState before destroying aFrameList.

nsIFrame::BuildDisplayListForStackingContext() will check the existence
of transform animations, so we need to update
nsLayoutUtils::HasAnimationsOfPoperty(). However, checking only
eCSSProperty_transform is not enough. We have to check all the transform-like
properties. Therefore, we update these functions to accept a property
set as the argument, and pass a collection of transform-like properties
into them.

Emilio Cobos Álvarez a59f4ed1fb Bug 1528914 - Tidy the relationship between the doc shell and the pres context. r=qdot
Make it always forward to the document's docshell. We rely on it being setup by
the time our stuff runs, and we cannot have multiple pres contexts per document
in different docshells anymore.

This allows me to also move some state to the document (about whether it's
currently loaded in a chrome docshell (nsPresContext::mIsChrome) and whether
it's a chrome origin image (nsPresContext::mIsChromeOriginImage), which will
help for bug 1490401 / bug 1418159.

The pres context already relies on having the docshell available on `Init` and
we don't properly handle dynamic changes to it.

The reason I store some state like whether the doc URI is chrome:// and whether
we're in a chrome docshell is not (only) to avoid recomputing it over and over,
but also to allow me to read them from Stylo (main-thread blocked, but poke at
that from multiple non-main-threads).

Masayuki Nakano 551de121c1 Bug 998941 - part 1-7: Make HTMLEditor set InputEvent.data to serialized color value when InputEvent.inputType is "formatBackColor" or "formatForeColor" r=smaug,m_kato,emilio
Although neither Chrome nor Safari does not set InputEvent.data when the event
is caused by `document.execCommand()` with `backColor`, `foreColor` nor
`hiliteColor`, Safari supports styling color with touchbar and in that case,
Safari sets it (*1).

Additionally, currently Safari uses `rgb()` to represents a color value and
using same rule to serializing color value for CSS OM matches Safari's behavior
and can represent any valid color values.

This patch makes given color value parsed and then serialized with same code
in style system. If the value is `currentcolor`, `inherit`, `initial` or `reset`, sets
the value as-is for now. Additionally, when given value is invalid, sets the value
as-is for forward compatibility.

Note that automated tests will be added into input-events-exec-command.html
by the last patch.
