nsIComponentManager API Changes (bug 98553)

a) create a new nsIComponentManager with only four functions on it:
CreateInstance CreateInstanceByContractID GetClassInfo GetClassInfoByContractID.
b) rename the old nsIComponentManager to nsIComponentManagerObsolete.
c) fixes callers which use to access the nsIComponentManager for component
registration functionality. These callers will temporary use the
nsIComponentManagerObsolete interface.
d) Create a new API NS_GetComponentManager() which mirrors the
NS_GetServiceManager()
e) Perserves the old NS_GetGlobalComponentManager(). Note the cast usage.

Fix for bug 86089. Replace attachments string in message compose fields by an array of nsIMsgAttachment objects. This architecture change allow us to dissocie the attachment name from the attachment url. We can also now carry over extra information like the attachment content type or Mac file type. The two were split because the stuff that is now in nsIInterfaceRequestorUtils.h wasn't ready for freezing. Also, .idl files should just contain interface defs anyway.

Revising nsIChannel to allow for overlapped i/o. This consists of three parts:
1. Factoring nsIChannel into a protocol specific part, the nsIChannel, and a socket specific, the nsITransport.
2. Derive the nsIChannel from a nsIRequest.
2. Changes the notification system from necko and the URILoader to pass the nsIRequest interface instead of nsIChannel interface.
This goal stems from wanting to be able to have active AsyncRead and AsyncWrite operations on nsSocketTransport.
This is desired because it would greatly simplify the task of maintaining persistent/reusable socket connections
for FTP, HTTP, and Imap (and potentially other protocols). The problem with the existing nsIChannel interface is
that it does not allow one to selectively suspend just one of the read or write operations while keeping the other active.

skip a lot of expensive code if we don't need to do the conversion.
this will help sorting, scrolling and message display.
there is more work to do on this code for non us-ascii users.
