This removes the UNIFY_DIST and UNIFIED_BUILD variables, as well as the
--unify flag from the packager and UnifiedBuildFinder from mozpack. As a
result the STAGEPATH variable is never defined anymore, so its uses can
be removed as well.
test_unify.py is currently the only mozbuild/mozpack test that fails
without running configure first, and there isn't much point in fixing
tests for things that we don't actually use anymore.

Bug 1314091 - Expose 'compact' themes instead of the Dev Edition theme;r=Gijs

This commit does the following:
* Install two lightweight themes instead of one
* Introduce a build config to install the themes instead of relying on channel: INSTALL_COMPACT_THEMES
* Change browser-compacttheme to use the new themes instead of the old one
* Remove inferBrightness since the lwt colors are part of the compact theme definision, as opposed
to the devedition theme which could be light or
* Update CSS to use :-moz-lwtheme-darktext and :-moz-lwtheme-brighttext instead of [devtoolstheme]

Let's use a pristine unpackaged directory of the en-US package, and just
rsync that to l10n-stage. That way, all repacks start off with a copy
of en-US without modifications of the previous repack.
Removing clobber-zip, that hasn't been used in ages, on the way.
Moving the creation of the branding dir to the INNER_UNMAKE_PACKAGE,
which is the command that needs it, to simplify rulesets.

Bug 797208 - Allow the stub installer to install either 32-bit or 64-bit builds, and make 64-bit the default when supported; r=rstrong

A new control allows the user to select 32 or 64-bit when the system supports both,
and it defaults to 64-bit when available. This means the stub installer is now
the same regardless of its build architecture; it was always a 32-bit executable
anyway, but now its actual behavior depends only on the running system, not the
target architecture of the application it was built alongside.
The options screen has been rearranged according to a design by Michael Verdi
so that the new control doesn't leave the UI so badly cluttered.
Also removed TmpVal, which wasn't used in the stub and so was generating warnings.

- Link to about:crashes
- Link to Nightly IRC channel on irc.mozilla.org via mibbit
- Link to Planet Mozilla https://planet.mozilla.org/
The default bookmark in the bookmark toolbar which was a tour of Firefox feature is now a link to mozilla.org/contribute
This patch also:
- removes all rdf id references in links which are unused
- moves all the data-uri icons to replacement variables to avoid multiple copy-pastes and make the code easier to read
- removes the invalid mention that the file was automatically generated, it is not the case
- updates the meta charset line for a shorter one using HTML5 syntax
- uses lowercase html
- some of the links have keywords or tags defined
- update tests with specific values to test for the Nightly channel vs other channels
