Tom Tung f64d521b89 Bug 1536796 - P4 - Temporary fix for test_refresh_firefox.py; r=dom-workers-and-storage-reviewers,janv,whimboo 
This test tries to remove profile by rmtree. However, since the "\\?\" prefix
has been applied to QM and its clients on Windows and thus they are able to
create files which exceed the MAX_PATH limitation.

Therefore, we need to prepend the prefix to the remove function in this test as
well.

Note that the problem was caused by an extension that uses IDB which was not
able to create a directory for stored files. The test doesn't check IDB so it
always passed before, despite the IDB failure. However, preceding patches make
it possible to use long file names in QM and QM clients, so IDB implementation
is now able to create the directory and the test needs to be able to delete it
as well.

Drew Willcoxon f01cf92b19 Bug 1623944 - Improve tip button color in dark themes and fix hover and active states. r=dao 
This uses `rgba(249, 249, 250, 0.24)` for the tip button background in dark themes. 0.24 is the largest alpha with two significant digits that passes the WebAIM contrast check for normal text, considering that the button text color is `rgb(249, 249, 250)`. i.e., 0.25 fails. I think it looks OK, but open to tweaks.

This patch also fixes existing problems with the hover and active states for the non-selected tip button. We've been incorrectly using primary button colors for those states even when the button isn't selected and therefore shouldn't be using primary colors. It becomes more obvious in dark mode, at least to my eye. Also the problem only shows up for intervention tips, not search tips. We should use default colors for those states when the button isn't selected and primary colors when it is selected.

* Update NewPasswordModel.jsm to use an improved model at [4a2349963d](4a2349963d/new-password/rulesets.js (L6-L271)) from the upstream GitHub repo (see [this comment](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1595244#c19)).
* Add a check in the test_isProbablyANewPasswordField.js unit test to ensure the method early returns (i.e. returns false) when the feature is disabled by the signon.generation.confidenceThreshold pref.
* Fix a couple of existing plain mochitests that were failing their checkAutoCompleteResults assertions due to the updated model triggering the password generation result in the autocomplete popup unexpectedly in the tests' forms. There is now enough signal in those forms for _isProbablyANewPasswordField to return false.
* Set the confidence threshold to 0.75, up from 0.5 to reduce the false positive rate on the [test set at 4a2349963d](4a2349963d/new-password/samples/testing) from [6.8%](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1595244#c19) to [2.2%](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1625601#c4).

I can reproduce the same test failure if I add a flush after setting the
direction value in changeSidebarDirection.

This is arguably a XUL tree bug in a way, but it's a tough one to fix. But the
test is testing something else, and is testing it poorly. Make it test RTL
sidebars properly.
