Bug #50427 --> comment out our OnRedirect implementation. It was causing nasty side effects

Fix for bug 46861. nsIDOMWindow is now split into two interfaces: a public interface (still called nsIDOMWindow) for embedders and an internal interface (nsIDOMWindowInternal) for internal use. The union of the two interfaces is still visible from JavaScript. r=jst@netscape.com

Factored string bundles out of necko. Fixes bug 42107 - need to fix string bundle init workaround. Also bug 40506 - nsIWebProgressListener needs status text. Status messages now work in mozilla and viewer with internationalized and parameterized text! Added temporary error architecture until bug 13423 can be fixed. Changed the Status flags to be transition flags rather than flat current state. This makes it easier to implement a listener. Otherwise you are forced to cache the last status and then determine transitions based on the deltas.
