michaelp%netscape.com	99c3ddd186	added nsIDrawingSurface, a windows specific counterpart and a windows ... implementation. cleaned up windows blending code to the point where we don't really need platform specific blending implementations at all anymore. added region area return from nsIRegion::GetRects(). unified all windows bitmap management code under nsDrawingSurfaceWin.cpp.	1999-02-25 18:53:31 +00:00
