The big data tables had the following search-and-replaces done on them:
name: "\([^"]+\)" -> name: "\1", insecureContext: true
"\([^"]+\)",$ -> {name: "\1", insecureContext: true},
followed by removal of both isSecureContext and insecureContext annotations
where both appeared.

Bug 1384358 - Avoid racy check of focus manager in content process, r=enndeakin

Previously this was safe, as the synthesized mouse event would be processed in
the child process, updating the focus state, in order - before the content
process would try to check its focus state. Now, thanks to multiple event queues
work, this isn't guaranteed.
This patch just adds retrying to the logic, so we retry up to 10 times, 100ms

Turns out that the patches in bug 1398448 fixed most of the layout stuff.
There's a GeckoRestyleManager assertion in test_shadowroot_style.html about
document mismatches while restyling, which looks scary, but I haven't
investigated (nor plan to, since that code is hopefully going away soon).

This isn't a super essential feature, and is just a change to try to bring us in
line with chromium and the spec. As this has apparent web compat issues, and
DataTransfer is a hard to test area, this patch moves the changes behind a pref,
which we can come back to turning on after we ship 57.

We call attributeChangedCallback in two cases:
1. When any of the attributes in the observed attribute list has changed,
appended, removed, or replaced.
2. When upgrading an element, for each attribute in element's attribute list

This patch does 2 things:
. when SetBodyUsed() is called, the pump for the stream reading is activated.
. Just because of the reading of the stream could end up executing JS code, we
need to pass the JSContext in the correct state down to SetBodyUsed.
