Shawn Wilsher 8d4a24aab4 Bug 450914 - Proxy nsSimpleURI for nsNullPrincipal to the main thread (was "ASSERTION: nsSimpleURI not thread-safe" during principal destruction) 
This changeset creates a threadsafe uri object for the null principal to use.
