The purpose of this change is to make the code less confusing (since it's not clear to me why one would check HasTransform here), and in general to reduce the number of callers of HasTransform, since HasTransform is a complicated check that checks too many things and probably isn't the right thing for many of its callers (see, e.g., bug 968555).
This is pure refactoring because:
(1) We're calling HasTransform only if mTransformStyle is
NS_STYLE_TRANSFORM_STYLE_PRESERVE_3D.
(2) HasTransform can return false for either of two reasons:
(a) because HasTransformStyle is false, which cannot be the case
here because HasTransformStyle checks mTransformStyle, and we
already know that check passes because of (1)
(b) because IsFrameOfType(nsIFrame::eSupportsCSSTransforms) is
false.
This means that we can replace the HasTransform check with solely the
IsFrameOfType check.

I never liked nsDisplayListBuilder::IsFixedItem anyway, its behavior and
naming was confusing. Also, it assumed there's only one viewport displayport,
on the rootmost document, and that's a bad assumption in general.
We're able to remove calls to ForceVisiblityForFixedItem because FrameLayerBuilder
is now responsible for inflating the visible region of the fixed-pos layers.

be forward-declared.

nsIFrame::ChildListID typedef in nsLayoutUtils.h.
* Move nsReflowFrameRunnable to its only user, nsProgressMeterFrame.cpp.
* Make a number of functions requiring nsIFrame.h out-of-line.
* Remove the nsIFrame.h #include from nsLayoutUtils.h and add it to the
places which require it implicitly.

This assumes that the specification for how position:sticky behaves for
block-in-inline splits matches the specification for position:relative,
in other words, matches
http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/visuren.html#anonymous-block-level .
It's also necessary for patch 9b since the new rule for handling of
style change hints is that a style change hint applies to all
continuations and all block-in-inline siblings ("special siblings").
The change in StickyScrollContainer::GetScrollRanges is really the fix
for bug 918994, but adjusted for the change here to use block-in-inline
siblings ("special siblings") in addition to continuations.

This patch does several things. Sorry.
In BuildDisplayList implementations, instead of wrapping display items in nsDisplayClip, we
push clip state onto the nsDisplayListBuilder and give the display items an
explicit clip when they're created.
In FrameLayerBuilder, we use the explicit clips we find on display items instead of
computing our own.
We remove nsDisplayClip and everything that depends on it.
We remove ExplodeAnonymousChildLists. With nsDisplayClip gone, and
nsDisplayOptionEventGrabber removed in a previous patch, there are no
anonymous child lists.
nsDisplayItem::TryMerge implementations need to make sure they have the same
clip before being merged.
I ripped out the part of PruneDisplayListForExtraPage that adjusts clip rects.
As far as I can tell, it isn't actually necessary.

Bug 805331. Part 1: Refactor nsDisplayList::GetList

Renames GetList to GetSameCoordinateSystemChildren, and adds an assertion
to verify that the children have the same reference frame as the parent.
Adds nsDisplayList::GetChildren to return whatever children there are.
Obsoletes nsDisplayTransform::GetStoredList.

Bug 806056 - Add a frame bit that says if a frame is allowed to have abs/fixed pos. children when the style so indicates (position/transform usually). Copy the bit to next-in-flows. Don't call MarkAsAbsoluteContainingBlock for style changes on an existing frame unless that bit is set (style changes that recreates the frame resets it of course). Assert in MarkAs[Not]AbsoluteContainingBlock() that the bit is set. r=bz
