vidur%netscape.com a83db20ddf Fix for bug 49187. ViewSource now emits HTML. The VIEW_SOURCE_HTML #define at the top of nsViewSourceHTML.cpp and nsLayoutDLF.cpp allows us to switch back to XML if necessary. The VIEW_SOURCE_COLORING #define in nsViewSourceHTML.cpp allows us to turn on source coloring.
