Bug 312793. Add Necko APIs to enable automatic management of online/offline status, and let Firefox use it. Disable automatic management in Thunderbird and Seamonkey until those apps are ready for it. Other applications will get automatic management by default. Bug 248052 Add a contract ID for a global channeleventsink. Make the

scriptsecuritymanager register for that and implement nsIChannelEventSink. Veto
redirects if CheckLoadURI fails. Remove the explicit usage of
nsIScriptSecurityManager from nsHttpChannel.cpp.
This eliminates js and xpconnect from REQUIRES, and brings us closer to remove
caps.

Add a scriptable hash function API. basically what this does is moves the hashing function out of the nsISignatureVerifier.idl and creates a new interface nsICryptoHash which is scriptable. Because of this change, we needed to fix up all of the call sites. r=darin, sr=dveditz, a=shaver

Fix theme switching bugs related to insufficient change handling when entry points to themes are stylesheet links (processing instructions or XBL stylesheet elements) or xul:image src attributes by giving the chrome: protocol its own URL implementation that remembers the URL to which the chrome: URL was resolved and uses that resolved URL as part of equality testing.
