can't delete more than one message in the "Unsent Messages" folder.
argument to FindSubFolder() needs to be an escaped folder name.

- add generic interface to access mail filter lists in both servers and folders. in the base class, folders just forward to their root server.
...
- expose event notifications through nsIFolder so that non-folders can trigger notifications on individual folders
- add generic OnItemEvent to nsIFolderListener, and implement in base classes

clean up folder and server naming:

- prettyName is now a unicode string and lives in nsIFolder
- servers now have the automatic pretty name of "userid on servername" and can be overridden
- name consolidation is complete

rev the XPIDL-generated headers, and update API calls to match
...
includes dropping "const"ness from parameters
some nsString routines were converted back to char* for the time being.
also added nsIMsg.h, it seemed to be missing
Also many fixes to get Unix building again.
