This allows JS callers to automatically get the correct types during
interation, without having to explicitly specify them.

The stack object might be a CCW and we want to make it impossible to get a CCW's global. Now the caller has to supply a same-compartment global object, so we no longer rely on getting the CCW's global.
std::move'ing the string here enables us to avoid a useless copy of the
string. Normally this would be just a refcounting increment/decrement,
but since we've Adopt'd the string a couple of lines earlier and the
incoming string is therefore just an owned character buffer, rather than
a refcounted character buffer, the copy here is a "real" copy.
What would be ideal here is to pass the (un-JSON'd) GCDescription out to
the notification, so we don't even have to render and parse JSON, but
that can be left for a later day.
They're very similar as far as most users of the profiler are concerned, I'd
say, and I don't believe it's worth giving them two different colors in the
activity graphs.

easy to do a utf16-to-utf8 conversion unnecessarily when the profiler is
inactive. This patch splits that macro into three new ones that are harder to
mess up.

Currently the Gecko Profiler defines a moderate amount of stuff when
MOZ_GECKO_PROFILER is undefined. It also #includes various headers, including
JS ones. This is making it difficult to separate Gecko's media stack for
inclusion in Servo.
This patch greatly simplifies how things are exposed. The starting point is:
- GeckoProfiler.h can be #included unconditionally;
- everything else from the profiler must be guarded by MOZ_GECKO_PROFILER.
In practice this introduces way too many #ifdefs, so the patch loosens it by
adding no-op macros for a number of the most common operations.
The net result is that #ifdefs and macros are used a bit more, but almost
nothing is exposed in non-MOZ_GECKO_PROFILER builds (including
ProfilerMarkerPayload.h and GeckoProfiler.h), and understanding what is exposed
is much simpler than before.
Note also that in BHR, ThreadStackHelper is now entirely absent in
non-MOZ_GECKO_PROFILER builds.

Bug 1400459 devirtualized nsIAtom so that it is no longer a subclass of
nsISupports. This means that nsAtom is now a better name for it than nsIAtom.

When triggering an iframe load or starting to parse a document for an iframe, the main thread may often have some time before the new page has been created. Try to trigger CC/GC slice at such point in order to avoid collector later when page is already executing its JS
