This adds a new nsIClassInfoImpl.h file which can be included to get the CI implementation macros. dbaron%dbaron.org f2a37733b9 Make wrapper preservation (the mechanism that makes the GC use reachability information between certain C++ objects rather than rooting at language boundaries) use an interface (nsIDOMGCParticipant) to get reachability information.
