jband%netscape.com bb561d08ba NOT PART OF SEAMONKEY BUILD. Make plugin sample work on windows. It looks like this has been unable to compile on windows since someone added Unix only includes outside the #ifdef XP_UNIX block about *nine* months ago. cyeh%netscape.com 65038e9551 Removing static makefiles as a part of the transition to Autoconf. I have taken great 
care to only remove makefiles affailiated with building nglayout. I have also verified that
the build at this point in time succesfully builds with autoconf.

If you must recover one of these makefiles, you can use the static tag STATIC_MAKEFILES.
