rpotts%netscape.com 0959ec3d2d changed the call to net_CallExitRoutine to net_CallExitRoutineProxy() so that if netlib is running in its own thread, the call can be dispatched to the correct thread... private NSPR headers (prosdep.h and primpl.h) from the Mozilla source.
The part of prosdep.h that is actually needed by Mozilla was extracted
and put in the new file mozilla/include/xp_path.h.
