This allows us to take advantage of the padding that the titlebar gets with the
-moz-window-titlebar / -moz-window-titlebar-maximized, but also allows us to
bypass the background texture applied to it.
We were doing this before, but it got removed in bug 1356920. Bug 1498356 was
originally landed as part of a more elaborate solution to this background texture
problem, and this patch makes bug 1498356 no longer necessary.

This patch solves half of the problem but it will still show the transition when the window regains focus. I am OK with removing the transition on the title bar, we will still have it on the navbar and bookmarks toolbar.

Proper native "groupbox" styling depends on the structure of the XBL binding. By restyling the Page Info dialog, the native styling is now unused except for the Print Page Setup dialog on Windows. The native apperance is thus not applied by default anymore, and the "groupbox" element can just be used semantically for accessibility. The Print Page Setup dialog applies the native styling on its own in a way that still works on Windows.
The only other consumers of "groupbox" are the in-content Preferences pages and dialogs. These are updated to use simpler styles that don't depend on the binding structure.

Labels in the identity popup that are potentially multiline get dynamic heights set
as part of the descriptionHeightWorkaround. This causes some cross-platform glitches
in vertically centering the icon and the label of the disabled indicator.
The disabled label doesn't really need to be multiline, so we avoid doing that. This
also means that we need to make some changes to handle long "Disabled" labels a little
more gracefully, but looking at existing translations of the word "Disabled" we won't

Some Gtk+ themes use non-rectangular toplevel windows. To fully support
such themes we need to make toplevel window transparent with ARGB visual
and make background of toplevel window transparent.
It may cause performance issue so let's disable it by default and
put it under a preference to allow distros to enable it per default theme.

This adds a simple empty box that is displayed when we're still loading an icon
but are no longer showing the throbber. Ideally I'd like to keep showing the
throbber and maintain the busy state but that seems more risky for now.

This makes the about:privatebrowsing display "Content Blocking" instead
of "Tracking Protection" and makes the toggle flip the TP setting for PB

Bug 1455707: Detect when running an older version than previously ran with the selected profile. r=froydnj, r=mconley, r=Gijs

Use the information in compatibility.ini to detect that the current running
application is an older version than previously ran with the profile and in
that case open a UI allowing the user to launch the profile manager, launch
the previous instance of the application or quit.
Also includes the patch from bug 1523725.

This CSS rule was conflicting with the "hidden" property that is being set on the
button when in an iframe. For now I just removed the rule and didn't see any obvious
breakage.
